Here's some info on a new program IMOM.org has created so we can use our kind hearts and experienced hands to help other sugarcats!  Here's Ron and Lizzy to give us the scoop:

Hi Gang,

This is your chance to volunteer to help another sugar pet owner in your area who might be having problems of some kind. There is nothing like a live demonstration. Maybe they need help with home testing or maybe they need help getting their best friend to the vet, or maybe they just need moral support. We all know how difficult this can be. You can also select an option volunteering to help with a sugar pet transport and "droolers" are welcome also.

Enter as much or as little information as you feel comfortable with, but we at least need your first name, email and location. The list is confidential and kept by the IMOM Diabetic Pet Fund, but we will use it to help anyone in need. They don't necessarily need to be a client of IMOM. If you are in need or know someone in need, just send an email to: imom_dpf@yahoogroups.com.  Also, as most of you know, the majority of the DPF are active on the FDMB.

The list is up to 28 volunteers now and we will help coordinate anywhere in the world this board is used. It's a big world out there so we can use as many volunteers as possible. Thanks to all of you already signed up and welcome to any others who want to help.
