1. picture and name (and nicknames) of kitty ( in case other cats live there and look alike)

2. vets name & phone#, pager #, directions how to get to clinic

3. emergency 24-hour care clinic name, phone# and directions to get there

4. records of kitty/ recent curve readings (in case of emergency)

5. time of day to be feed/how much/and what food (if treats are given which and what amount they are allowed)

6. time of day to give shot/what amount/ and also make sure that the shot is recorded

7. instructions on how to treat a hypo (get an emergency box to hold karo syrup/food/feeding syringes)

8. things to have sitter look out for (loss of appetite, drinking too much, urinating)

9. have test kits available (bg meter/ketostix) and have sitter know when to test if needed

10. have backup babysitters (just in case) and make sure all sitters know each other and have each others phone #
