baddest Sugarcat Train project ever!
How Sweet It Is, a book of sugarcats!
For the past several years we've been doing a Sugarcat
Calendar with proceeds going to IMOM.org
and other animal charities. Since losing Gorb we have to admit that our
interests now lay elsewhere. We cherish the family we are a part of thanks
to Gorb and his diabetes and our proud of all we have done collectively to help
sugarcats in need. But as we are moving in a different direction, we do
have to announce that this will be our last Sugarcat Train project.
But that's why we're gonna make it the best! Instead
of a calendar we're creating a book. A beautiful full-color coffee table
type book with pics and stories and memories. Here's the scoop!
- all sugarcats are eligible for this book - active,
honeymooning, GAs [the only sugarcats not eligible know who they are so
don't bother]
- to be a part of the book there will be a $5 entry
fee, that entry fee will go straight to IMOM.org's
Diabetic Pets Fund when the entry date closes
- the cost of the book will be $25, including S/H in
the US only. Canada and the rest of the world the cost will be $30, no
exceptions.
- pictures will be accepted thru 11/15 [pictures must
be at least 200 dpi as we cannot fudge the print quality of the book]
- the proceeds from the sale of the book will be split
50/50 between a national cat charity (Alley
Cat Allies) and a local cat charity (Kitty
Angels)
- books should be printed and shipped so that all will
be received in time for the holidays, BUT NO GUARANTEES
- you will be able to order books after the order cut
off date (11/15) but they will cost more...the initial bulk order will be
cheaper for us and get more $ for the charities but you'll be able to order
more copies year round
